Before I become an Avon Lady....

Every day I discover something new about Avon that confuses me, and I have an appointment tomorrow to become a Rep! I want to go in pretty knowledgeable. Does the Avon brochure have all the same products as online does? And are the online specials the same deals you would get buying through a brochure? I also read that they have a specific catalog for men. So do I have to buy separate brochures to sell to men? Or one brochure fits all? Thank you!
