Halloween costume?? ?

It's my first year at university and I still haven't decided on a Halloween costume! It is a big deal here and while I thought I wanted to buy one of those little frilly costumes with the short skirts I changed my mind and want to make one myself that's really funny & creative. I've had a couple of ideas in mind: a hershey's kiss (but I want something flattering..), 80's Madonna (too many accessories!). Any good ideas? I want something really witty (a plus) that looks good as well. Thanks in advance!
