Help with the name of this song?

In the music video there on a spaceship and the singer is extremely skinny and has like 80's hair. It sort of looks like an 80s video and I think it came out in like 2004 or 03 maybe. I think the song is about love or something. Oh and in one part this big fuzzy thing is like wiping him dry or something. I know it sounds weird but it's driving me crazy.
