Can you tell me what you think of my poem?

I have been writing for over 40 years and I have been published many times, so I do feel qualified to advise you some. I think that you are extremely gifted and you have real talent and ability, however, I do feel that it is too long and it repeats too many times. By that, I do not mean your Lead line, I mean that you are saying the same thing just with different words, so if I was you, I would try to re-write it without as many words. Also, you may want to exclude references to fairy tales while your main expression seems to be about serving a higher power. Otherwise, I hope that you will continue to write. Gifted writers are now more uncommon. It isn't as easy as most people think that it is. I have re-written the same thing so many times that it is completely different when I am finished.
