Is this normal????????????????

i have a cat names rosie and we spayed her about a year ago. its been a while but i think because of the surgery she has this little jiggle thing on her tummy. like when she walks or runs it jiggles from side to side lol . some of my relatives think shes pregnant but i tell them shes not. so is this jiggly thingie normal?
