Who's da worst player on my team AND WHY?

I would say that Hunter Pence is the worst player on your team. He has the least experience and has proven the least about himself being an elite player. The rest of your batters have had at least one great season in the past few years. Also, Pence is not producing right now, and with Granderson, Guerrero, Braun, Swisher, Francoeur, and Wells, you really don't need Pence.
