Are there 2 different "Nina"s by Nina Ricci?

Yesterday at the mall, I smelled Nina, by Nina Ricci. I loved how it smelled, and especially loved the bottle. The Red apple with silver leaves looks insainly cute. But i was doing some research online, and I found out that some bottles [like the one in the ad] are pink, a href="http://slimages.macys.com/is/image/MCY/products/4/optimized/311854_fpx.tif?bgc=255,255,255&wid=327&qlt=90,0&layer=comp&op_sharpen=0&resMode=bicub&op_usm=0.7,1.0,0.5,0&fmt=jpeg" rel="nofollow"http://slimages.macys.com/is/image/MCY/p…/a , while others[like the one I smelled] are red a href="http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/2/20652/38_2007/NinaRicciPerfume.jpg" rel="nofollow"http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/…/a . Is there a difference in the two?
