How do I find the mobile home of my dreams for my area? I want living room in front. I want a garden bath.?

It has to be a single wide mobile home that I can purchase and have moved to a specific mobile home park I have in mind. I want the living room in front. The two required outside doors on one side of the building (the side facing the lot for which I pay rent currently). It has to be a midwest grade home as far as zone, wind, how much snow weight it can handle. Is there a website that is categorized by zone, where I can find all the new mobile homes I can buy that are safe for my zone. I don't want to look at just one manufacturer and I want to somehow eliminate the cheaper grade manufacturers. I've seen just how cheap some homes are built. If I can find one with plywood underlayment rather than particle board, wood trim instead of paper made to look like wood. A garden tub maybe..a fireplace maybe. The biggest concern is quality, whether or not it is graded for the midwest, and the living room has to be in front. Any ideas out there? Too many manufacturers are out of business...Wick's (sucks), Patriot those are just two that are out of business.
