How do you reach the princess after defeating Mordred on Astro Knights?

My son and I have gotten all the way to the end and have defeated Mordred in his robot suit. However, no matter what we try we can not find a way to reach the princess. Jumping up the robot is no longer possible and there is absolutely nothing to click on. It's almost as if Poptropica never actually expected anyone to defeat him.
