How to fix door handle?

i need help. my bedroom door's knob is abit loose and i want to fix it. but it has no hole or anything so i can't use my screwdriver. it looks like this handle http://nexus404.com/Blog/2007/04/10/brighthandle-illuninated-door-handle/ but just normal stainless steel, no illuminating effect. does anyone know how to fix door knob with only smooth surface?
