Who all has jumped off Cold Springs Canyon Bridge (santa Barbara County Ca) if avail. Why?

I am trying to find out all the names of people that have jumped to their death off Cold Springs Bridge. There are no barriers to prevent someone from doing so. I am also trying to find out if there were any notes left or input from the families to see if a barrier may have deterred someone.
