Can you recommend a neighborhood in Capitol Hill to live?
In my last question, I asked about nieghborly communities in Northern Virginia. One responder recommended Capitol Hill. I'm moving to DC area soon. I've heard Capitol Hill is spotty in areas. What blocks or streets would you recommend I look at?
